General Shipping Information
Shipping is available to most countries. Standard shipping times are Monday–Friday, 10am-3pm WIB. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our studio in Bandung, Indonesia. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional customs fees, tariffs, or taxes are not covered by our shipping charges and must be paid by the customer.
Processing Shipping Times
Please allow up to 2 days for your package delivered to the courier services. Standard shipments are sent via SICEPAT for local delivery and EMS POS Indonesia for international delivery. The estimated ground delivery time within Indonesia is 2-7 business days.
International Shipment
International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive and may be subject to additional taxes and duties. The total cost to the consumer does not include any additional taxes, tariffs, or charges for customs clearance. Unfortunately, we are not liable for any unanticipated delays or additional charges incurred by foreign shipments.
Lost and Damages Shipment
Customers must provide a correct delivery address and accurately enter all shipping information. Due to inaccurate mailing addresses, abandoned, lost, or stolen packages, we are unable to refund or replace orders. Once delivery confirmation is received, we will no longer be responsible for lost packages. Tokotype is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during shipping, any claims must be submitted with the respective courier.
Return & Exchanges
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our items. If your product received broken or inaccurate, please email [email protected] within 48 hours for additional assistance.
Font Licensing Refunds
Tokotype will only issue refunds or exchanges if fonts are defective and cannot be installed; all downloaded packages must be completely destroyed, and the previous files package must not be copied. The issue shall be reported within 48 hours of purchase; please email [email protected] for additional assistance.
